聲音-影像空間裝置，2014

 

在城市中流動的人們，產生了共同的節奏與速度，路人日以繼夜的堆積了數據，架構了這個都市的系統，彼此間的距離長的流動急促，距離短的而擁擠緩慢，時時的在城市的每一處的角落裡，都有著不同變化與調性。
我以馬路上各個數據為素材， 例如車流量,人流與都市基本的系統等，讓這些數據進入到所設定的程式中，組合成一段" 聲道 "，並依車流量高低改變 " 聲道 " 的速度，以時間為單位,依每分鐘過街的人為節奏，構成聲道的一環。當來自城市各地的數據進入到組合的程式之中，數據之間彼此串流，聲音也在其中流竄。

 

People ripple through the city, producing a common rhythm and speed, passers-by accumulate data on a daily cycle, constructing a system of the city, where long distance causes rapid flow, short distance results in crowdedness, with different variations and tonality, in every city corner.
I take raw material from the streets, such as traffic, people and urban systems. These data are sent into a program and combined to form "channels"; they change according to the level of traffic. The rhythm of the number of people crossing the street per minute is the unit of time, which forms a loop in the channel. When data from sites around the city enter the program they mix with the data stream, and sound is created in the stream.
