聲音物件ー夏 2.0 Sound Object - Natsu 2.0

「白日，黑夜，蟲鳴，夏日裡的合奏會」。夏日裡的蟲鳴，是大自然中音樂，從白天到夜晚，不同的蟲鳴共同合奏出一曲屬於夏天的曲子。在此裝置中，藉由現場光線的改變，讓四座演奏小舞台，進行電子蟲鳴演出，參與者可自由地在此四座舞台上，排列組合機械電子蟲鳴，仿佛在黑夜與白日的交替中，替此空間安排一場電子昆蟲音樂盛會。此作品設置漸明與漸暗的空間照明設備，四組演奏裝置隨著光線的明暗，進行不同的聲音表演，營造出白晝與黑夜相互交替的獨特場域氛圍。參與者亦可自由地觸摸，進行音效快慢的調節控制，使其發生蟲鳴般的聲音，同時與其他幾組不同的裝置進行合奏。在系統控制的光線與聲音之中，加入觀眾的即興演奏，二者一起創造出共鳴的合奏樂章。
"A Summer Ensemble of Day, Night, and Bugs" Playing with sounds, we attempt to seek an ensemble that best suits the present moment. The buzzing of bugs during summer is one of the most natural forms of music. Form sunrise to sunset, many different bugs buzz in harmony to form a summer symphony. When different shades of light are cast onto the installation, four small platforms perform a symphony conducted by electronic bugs, while participants are able to arrange their own combination of electronic sounds. As a result, music from an orchestra of bugs fills the air as if day were passing into night.
