致力於實驗臺灣動畫、數位影像、『台』文化之建設，參與藝術文化的創新與合作之藝術家，以『前衛台風』為目標，發展新的臺灣視覺語言，為日常都市環境與庶民生活，加上想像力，詮釋出新的生命力，讓觀者一同對生活有新的解讀與瞭解。
