1980年生於台灣桃園，畢業於台北藝術大學科技藝術研究所。他過往創作以塗鴨及繪畫為媒材，現以聲音影像作品為主雖運用數位科技工具，作品仍然呈現「手工」的細膩質感。近來計劃的主題在於透過藝術資源進行自我組織，探討農業、經濟、民生消費與生產等等。並與台灣本土企業合作——如春一枝、可美特，試著利用商業消費模式展現新的藝術態度。

Huang Po-Chih was born in Taiwan in 1980. His past works are mainly paintings and graffiti. Now are sound/video worksthat shows the delicate quality of handiwork despite employing digital technology as the chief medium. Recently, he workson projects related to economic forces, conditions of democratic production and ideas of self-organisation. He tries touse the commercial expense way to demonstrate a new form of artistic attitude, and cooperates with many Taiwan localcompanies, such as Spring Trading Company and Comat.
