因為十年的不良習慣，我的氣管在夜間總是敏感，氣管內的分泌物泉湧而出。我將其咳於衛生紙上，再視為解剖的將衛生紙打開，我沒有看見任何汙穢，只有十年拓印於我的註解。

Due to 10 years of bad habits, my trachea always gets sensitive at night and flows out of the secretions which I cough up onto the tissue. I opened the tissue and I didn't see any nastiness but the decade's comments to me.
